Our Mission

At Carlisle Men's Work, our mission is to build a brotherhood where men can meet, face challenges head-on, and grow stronger and wiser together. We are committed to creating a space where men can share their struggles and victories, fostering resilience and the courage to become more fully and authentically themselves. Through mutual respect, accountability, and support, we help men improve their relationships, attain their professional goals, and build lives of honesty, integrity and purpose.

Carlisle Men's Work runs "closed" groups - you meet with the same 5-8 guys every week and commit to holding each other accountable and keeping all information confidential. Each member tackles his own specific issues and works towards his own goals, but does so with the support of other men who are invested in his success.

Space is limited to 8 men per group.

Please contact me ASAP to reserve your spot.

"Group helps me see the flaws in my thinking and to process my emotions. When you share your experiences, and hear others do the same, it's easier to accept them as just another part of life."

"Not going to lie, I was nervous and sort of skeptical.

I haven't done something like this before, talking to people about problems.  But it's been really helpful.  Knowing I'm not the only one going through these things.  Seeing other men handle their problems.  It makes it easier. Worth it."
