Weekly Men's Groups

Build Brotherhood
Stronger Together

Join a Men's Group in Carlisle, PA

At Carlisle Men’s Work, we offer weekly in-person men’s groups in Carlisle, PA.

Our mission is to build a brotherhood where men can meet, face challenges directly, and grow stronger and wiser together. Groups provide a space for men to practice courage, honesty, and accountability in real time —developing the tools to show up more fully in their relationships, work, and personal lives. Through mutual respect and support, members learn to speak truthfully, listen deeply, and take ownership of their lives.

Each group meets weekly with the same 6–10 men, forming a committed circle that values confidentiality, consistency, and accountability. Every man works toward his own goals while being supported and challenged by others who are equally invested in his success.

Carlisle Men’s Work offers both licensed individual counseling and non-clinical men’s growth groups and workshops.

Group and workshop experiences are not psychotherapy—they are designed for personal development, community building, and practical growth in areas like communication, self-awareness, and integrity.

See If a Group Is a Good Fit

I'm interested in...

Hear from real group members:

"Group helps me see the flaws in my thinking and to process my emotions. When you share your experiences, and hear others do the same, it's easier to accept them as just another part of life."

"I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I walked in. CMW gave me a place to get real and be challenged by other men in a way that actually made me stronger. I'm more confident and have been making actual changes in my life."

"In this men’s group, everyone has space to speak honestly and be heard without judgment. The power comes from learning through each other’s stories while knowing the group won’t let anything slide. It’s a circle built on accountability, respect, and the kind of support that makes real change possible."

Space is limited to 6-10 men per group.
