Carlisle Men's Group - Our Mission
At Carlisle Men's Work, we offer weekly in-person groups in Carlisle, PA. Our mission is to build a brotherhood where men can meet, face challenges head-on, and grow stronger and wiser together. We are committed to creating a space where men can share their struggles and victories, fostering resilience and the courage to become more fully and authentically themselves. Through mutual respect, accountability, and support, we help men improve their relationships, attain their professional goals, and build lives of honesty, integrity and purpose.
Carlisle Men's Work runs "closed" groups - you meet with the same 6-10 guys every week and commit to holding each other accountable and keeping all information confidential. Each member tackles his own specific issues and works towards his own goals, but does so with the support of other men who are invested in his success.
Carlisle Men's Work offers both licensed individual psychotherapy and non-clinical men's growth groups and workshops. Group and workshop offerings are not psychotherapy and are intended for personal development.
Space is limited to 6-10 men per group.

"Group helps me see the flaws in my thinking and to process my emotions. When you share your experiences, and hear others do the same, it's easier to accept them as just another part of life."
"I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I walked in. CMW gave me a place to get real and be challenged by other men in a way that actually made me stronger. I'm more confident and have been making actual changes in my life."
"In this men’s group, everyone has space to speak honestly and be heard without judgment. The power comes from learning through each other’s stories while knowing the group won’t let anything slide. It’s a circle built on accountability, respect, and the kind of support that makes real change possible."
